Fraud Protection
Marokand Concert Hall, in partnership with Uzum Bank, uses a comprehensive anti-fraud system to secure card payments.
Measures in place
3D Secure 2.0 authentication
Every transaction requires cardholder verification via a one-time code from SMS or the bank's app.
Transaction limits
Per-card limits are enforced on transaction amount and frequency within a given period.
Suspicious activity detection
A machine-learning system scores every transaction in real time and flags risky ones.
IP and geolocation analysis
Transaction location is compared with the cardholder's usual geography. Mismatches trigger extra verification.
PCI DSS Level 1
All card data is stored in Uzum Bank's PCI DSS Level 1 infrastructure. Our servers never see the card number.
Order source analysis
For every order we collect IP, device, and session data used for risk scoring.
