Public Offer

This document is a public offer by Marokand Concert Hall (hereinafter — the Provider) for the online sale of event tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you (hereinafter — the Buyer) fully accept the terms of this document.

1. Subject of the agreement

The Provider sells the Buyer tickets to events at the concert hall at the prices stated on the Provider's website.

2. Price and payment

The ticket price is shown on the website. Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Humo, UzCard) on the secure Uzum Bank payment page. All payments are accepted in Uzbek sum (UZS).

3. Ticket delivery

After a successful payment, the ticket is sent to the Buyer's email in PDF format and is available for download in their account.

4. Refunds

Refund conditions are set out in a separate document — see the "Refund Policy" page.

5. Liability and fraud prevention

The Provider uses Uzum Bank's anti-fraud tools, including 3D Secure 2.0 authentication, transaction limits and a suspicious-activity detection system. The Buyer agrees not to share card details with third parties and to report any suspicious transactions to the bank and to the Provider immediately.
