Refund Policy

1. General terms

Tickets purchased from Marokand Concert Hall are fully refundable if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In all other cases the terms below apply.

2. Refund timing

• 7 days or more before the event — 100% refund (no bank fees).
• 3–6 days before the event — 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of the event — no refund (except if the event is cancelled).

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email marokandconcerthall@gmail.com with your booking number or call +998 77 034 70 01. Funds are returned to the original payment card within 3–7 business days.

4. If the event is cancelled

If we cancel the event, the full amount is refunded automatically — no additional request is required. Processing takes up to 7 business days.
